CDEA has good wetting, decontamination, emulsification, penetration in water
solution. Has resistance to hard water and good stable foam, can soften textile
fabric; it also has good thickening and dispersing of dirt when compounded with
other surfactants, like LAS. Used in shampoo and dishwashing detergent, it can
not only stabilize foam and thicken liquid, but also reduce the irritation to
skin.
